Shipping & delivery
Draft policy · awaiting Khatuba approval
The sample terms below are provided for review and are not an active store policy. Confirm the conditions for your order with Khatuba before purchasing.
Delivery within India
Sample timeline: dispatch within 1–3 working days, followed by an estimated 5–7 working days for delivery. Delivery availability and charges would be shown at checkout for the customer’s PIN code.
These estimates exclude tailoring, personalised requests and any product with a separately stated preparation time. Courier delays and public holidays may affect delivery.
Unstitched suits & occasion dressing
Plan separately for stitching and fitting after your parcel arrives. If you are buying for an event, contact Khatuba about the chosen design and required date before ordering.
Order updates
Use the order-status link in your confirmation email and the courier link issued after dispatch. For a missing update, include your order number and delivery PIN code in your enquiry.
